Overcooked Mortgage Rates

Mortgage rates were moving lower a couple of months ago, but went back up again in October and have stayed there.

But as unappealing as these rates may be, it may still be a good time to buy a home or consolidate some debt.

Although these mortgage rates may not feel like something to be thankful for, I can still help.
