Are mortgage rates about to get scary?

The short answer is "YES".

But the good news is that rates are still SCARY LOW!

We may see rates creep higher next month and even through the end of the year as the economy continues to recover from the pandemic and the Fed begins removing the monetary stimulus that has kept mortgage rates so low.
