There's been lots of talk about how well the economy is recovering, and that rates have started to go up. You may have seen one of these articles, and figured that you missed your opportunity.

Although rates did creep up in February and March, this last month of April has seen rates slowly improve again.

It is a great time to check into refinancing if you are one of the thousands of people who haven't taken advantage of these low rates.
