MORTGAGE CORNER

Is it too late?

Last month in this newsletter, I talked about rates being ready to creep up. Unfortunately, rates haven't just crept up a bit as expected, they are rising steadily!

That means that NOW is the time to act, before it is too late.

The good news though is that although we are no longer at the record low rates we saw to begin the year, we aren't too far off... yet. However, rates are still rising, and waiting could cost you money.

If you have refinanced already, as millions of homeowners have, then congratulations!

However, if you have not yet made it a priority for a conversation, we really should talk before you miss out.

Call, text, email... just reach out anytime it is convenient for you, and let's discuss how I can get you a low rate before this new fee takes effect!

Contact me today if you want to talk more about getting prequalified for a new home purchase, or if you'd like me to run some numbers for you to see if refinancing makes sense. or if email is easier.
