This scenario is for the individual LO who works for a company (retail or broker, doesn't matter) but we are focusing on the brand of the originator and not promoting the company brand.
This could also include "teams" that are actually one originator with a team of support staff who brands themselves as a team - this is different than a team of 2 or more originators who both originate under a team umbrella.
For example, "The Wendy Thompson Team", which is made up of the originator and support staff.
This scenario is for originators who are teamed up and consists of a single entity for marketing purposes:
1. The name is the team name, not the individual team members names
i.e. The Smith Lending Team, The Smith Mortgage Team, John and Jane Smith Team
2. The email address is a single address - all emails come from ONE email address, reply to is a single email. Emails cannot come from multiple email addresses.
EXAMPLES: loans@thesmithteam.com, thesmithteam@abcmortgage.com
NOT: janesmith@thesmithteam.com and johnsmith@thesmithteam.com
3. Single picture and logo of the team, not individual headshots or logos
This scenario is for a broker owner who has their own company brand or broker shop, but doesn't have a team of LOs working for them. Set up with the company and the member intertwined, so when being searched for one or the other they come up together.
Designed to build both the individual originator brand as well as the company brand at the same time.
Comes with a company website and a subpage for the originator (owner)
If you have a team of LOs, you should use Scenario 4 instead.
This scenario is for a broker owner with a team of LOs, or a branch with a team of LOs operating under one company brand and website.
A company website (i.e. ohiomortgage.com) with individual LOs on a team section or page with contact info is provided. Any LOs who are added to the branch account with their own membership have the same company logo design, have an individual page on the website along with their own review platform and online presence and OriginatorSuccess dashboard.
Not all or even any of the LOs need to be OriginatorSuccess members, although we do suggest it. LOs are added to the account at a discounted rate.
Billing for all LOs under this scenario must be paid on one credit card.
This scenario is where we focus only on the company, company listings and social profiles, and no individual LOs.
This scenario is best used for call centers, or companies with inside LOs.
