What is Reputation Automation?

Reputation Automation is a two-part system, used to gather reviews from clients and referral partners and to get those reviews shared online in places like Google and Facebook.



Here's how it works...

Step 1: We set Reputation Automation up for you

Our team will setup, customize and optimize your Reputation Automation system, connecting it to your Facebook business page and Google My Business listing.

Step 2: Add your past clients and new clients as loans close

You upload your past client list here in the Vault, and our team will handle the rest. Then, add new clients as each loan is about to close and let the system do the work.

Step 3: You get reviews and are pre-sold to new prospects

Not only will we get you internal reviews that are shared on your Leadsite website and microsite, but we'll help you get those reviews shared on Google and Facebook.

Add Contacts into Reputation Automation

Request a review from a single client or referral partner

Adding a contact will place them into the review sequence, where they will receive a request to leave you a review, subsequent reminders if needed, and be prompted to share their review on Google and Facebook. Once you put their information in, you don't need to do anything else... the system will handle it all for you.


Only put a cell phone number in if you want the contact to receive text message requests

Our experience is that you will have more reviews shared online asking by email rather than by text message.


Upload a list for requesting reviews

Our support team would be glad to help you upload a list of contacts into Reputation Automation to jumpstart the review process. Please provide us with a list of past clients to upload for you, including first name, last name and email address. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.

Guidelines for uploading Past Clients:

  1. Files to be uploaded must be in Excel or CSV format. It is best to provide a list with First Name, Last Name, and Email address already separated. If you send us a list with the name fields together, we will separate them but cannot guarantee name accuracy, especially with multi-part names. First name and email is required, last name is only suggested for easier reference later.
  2. Files should not contain any personal information. Please be sure to delete any personal information fields, especially sensitive information like social security numbers.
  3. Go back 2-3 years. Don't be afraid to ask clients from a few years ago for a review. The worst thing that will happen is that they don't give you one. If, for any reason, you had a past client who had a bad experience and left you a bad review, the review would be filtered by our system and would not be shown.


Access the full Reputation Automation platform

You can easily monitor your reviews and add contacts into the system to request reviews right here through the Vault.


However, if you'd like to go deeper like making changes in your setup area, viewing all of the contacts you have in the system, or manually posting reviews on Facebook and Google My Business, then you will need to log in to the Reputation Automation platform.


Although we do try to keep the passwords the same, Reputation Automation is a totally separate platform and your password may be different than the one you use to access the Vault (but your username is the same).
