Building your online reputation... SIMPLIFIED

What is Reputation Automation?

Reputation Automation is a two-part system, used to gather reviews from clients and referral partners and to get those reviews shared online in places like Google and Facebook.

Get reviews using our Review Request Campaign

The Process

Add contact(s) to Reputation Automation

You can add contacts individually, or upload a list of contacts into the review campaign, using this form.

Contact enters the review campaign

They will receive a request to leave you a review, and up to two reminders if needed. Once they leave you a review it will show up on your LeadSite website.

We ask them to post the review online

After leaving you a review, we then ask them to post it online to Google or Facebook. Internal reviews are good, but Google and Facebook reviews are our ultimate goal.

We share your review on Facebook

We will take any reviews you receive and automatically turn them into Facebook posts (including an image of the review) on your business page.

Your Reputation Automation Report

See your results at a glance

Each week you'll get an updated report helping you monitor your online reputation. The report is sent to you as a PDF every Friday, and your latest report is available for online viewing anytime.

The report shows you...

  • Your Reputation Overview, including your overall average rating
  • Review Volume and Distribution, including the number of reviews on Google and FB
  • New Reviews, including the number of new reviews, the ratings, where they have been posted, and the actual reviews themselves.

Using a custom video for the "Thank you for your review" page

Sample videos from our members (and Hammer) that you can use for inspiration...

On average, 1 out of 3 reviews will be shared to Google or Facebook.

Want to improve that conversion rate?

Then make your own "Thank you for your review" video that the reviewer will see after they leave you an internal review. Don't worry, it's super easy - all you need is your cell phone (our experience shows a natural video like this is much better than a fancy one). Record yourself, upload the video to us, and we'll take care of the rest!

(no need to put the video on YouTube or any other service, we'll handle it all for you)

Here's a script you can use:

"Hey, it’s me, __________, and I wanted to thank you for taking the time to leave me a review… but I also wanted to ask you one more favor. Could you take a moment and share your review on one of the sites below? I get a lot of mortgage shoppers who find me online, but need to read your review on Google or Facebook to know that I’m going to do a good job for them and treat them right. I know you’re busy, but if you could please take that extra minute or two, I promise it will REALLY help me out. Thanks again for helping me to help others!"

Due to the size of a video file, you can't email it or upload it through the Vault.

Instead, once you have shot your video, contact support@originatorsuccess.com and ask us to send you a file request.

We'll send you a link to a special folder, and you can upload the file to us.

Upload a list for requesting reviews

Our support team would be glad to help you upload a list of contacts into Reputation Automation to jumpstart the review process. Please provide us with a list of past clients to upload for you, including first name, last name and email address. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.

Here is a spreadsheet template you can use:

Download Past Client Upload Template

Guidelines for uploading Past Clients:

  1. Files to be uploaded must be in Excel or CSV format. It is best to provide a list with First Name, Last Name, and Email address already separated. If you send us a list with the name fields together, we will separate them but cannot guarantee name accuracy, especially with multi-part names. First name and email is required, last name is only suggested for easier reference later.
  2. Files should not contain any personal information. Please be sure to delete any personal information fields, especially sensitive information like social security numbers.
  3. Go back 2-3 years. Don't be afraid to ask clients from a few years ago for a review. The worst thing that will happen is that they don't give you one. If, for any reason, you had a past client who had a bad experience and left you a bad review, the review would be filtered by our system and would not be shown.
